You can chat with us 24/7 to ask general questions & account related questions.

We will try to assist whenever we can. If you do not get a reply, please just wait patiently, we may be busy or sleeping.

Please note that 1st May 2012 (Tuesday) is Labour Day, a Public Holiday in Singapore, hence considered a non-business day.

So please do allow up to an additional day for your order to be completed.

8th May 2012:

We have added 2 new Support Channels.

1. Android™ mobile & iPhone® Support:

Open Play Store / App Store and search for Vonage app.

Install it on your phone for FREE and add +6590333201 to your contact list and you will be able to start making unlimited calls & send unlimited text message to Entelnova internationally for FREE.

2. We have added Skype messenger support username 'entelnova' to our website. Customers who use Skype can now chat and call us 24/7.

26th May 2012:

Our websites (both intelnova.net & entelnova.com) will be down for around 30 minutes on 30th May 2012 between 11am-3pm to upgrade our server to 8G of RAM.

This will help with the recent instabilites that have occured. The expected downtime for this procedure is around 30 minutes.

29th May 2012:

Malaysia Buy Orders: We now have Public Bank Account for both Buy & Sell Orders.

For Sell Order, it will be subjected to available RM funds written on our 'Exchange Rates' page.

30th May 2012:

China Sell Orders: We now can pay RMB to China customers' bank account locally. Customers are advised to read Order Info Page for this new sell method and the available RMB stock level on 'Exchange Rates' page before proceed with this sell method.

Dear all,

Due to overwhelming number of orders on hand right now, order can take longer than usual. Please ensure you be patient if you go for Normal Priority.

Also we will be closed for business for new customers from tomorrow onwards, 7th June 2012 until 17th June 2012 because we will fly to China soon. Only certain groups of existing customers can still order during this period.

We will post the full details later tonight.

6th June 2012:

We will be PARTIALLY closed for business from 7th June 2012 (Thursday) to 17th June 2012 (Sunday) as we will be stationed in Guiyang, China.
Normal business will resume as usual on 18th June 2012 (Monday).

Phone & Fax Support will not be available during this period.

MoneyGram SELL service & Swap e-Currencies service will NOT be available during this period. .

MoneyGram & Western Union BUY order require manual email approval to send money to Guizhou, China., do not send money without our
permission as we have to check our travel itinerary if there will be any WU or MG agent within reach to pick up the money. Any transfers to Singapore
without our permission will earliest be picked up on 18th June 2012 (Monday).

Western Union SELL order will still be available to all countries except to receiver countries in Bangladesh & Sri Lanka.

New customers please come back from 18 June 2012 (Monday) onwards.

During the offline period, we will still continue to entertain ONLY existing customers who buy or sell supported ecurrencies in amount 500 USD and above.

These existing customers (buying or selling 500 USD and above) between 7th to 17 June 2012 will have to use these forms.

After 17 June 2012, we will delete these 4 forms, and the usual order forms on our site will be used for all customers.

There will not be any changes to local bank deposits, bank wires CitiBank Global Transfer or Visa Money Transfer operational unless you are selling above 5000 USD of ecurrency.

Customers are to be advised that slower service than usual processing time may be expected. We appreciate your patience!

23rd June 2012:

Overseas Bank Wire Sell Orders: For outgoing wires in USD for the amount < 5000 USD, our bank flat fee is now reduced from 30 USD to 25 USD.

We will be stationed at Thailand for 3 days from 25th June 2012 (Monday) to 27th June 2012 (Wednesday) so there is some change to our services for this period:

1) Phone support will be available at +66901898531 during this period. We will not have access to our Fax Machine during these 3 days so Fax support is offline.

2) For Buy Method using Western Union or MoneyGram, to be sent between 24th to 26th June 2012, it must be sent to our receivers in Thailand. Any transfers to Singapore, will earliest be picked up on 27th June 2012 (Wednesday).

3) For Sell Method using Western Union sent during this period, will still be operational during this period.

4) For Sell Method using MoneyGram will not be operational during this period, and can only be sent on 27th June 2012 (Wednesday) upon return Singapore..

5) There will not be any changes to local bank deposits, bank wires or Visa Money Transfer operational unless you are selling above 5000 USD of ecurrency, please wait for manual email confirmation from us.

6) Other Buy/Sell/Swap exchanges will still be processed as usual but slower processing time may be expected but will be done within selected Urgent/Express/Normal Priority time.

All timings are based on GMT + 8 hours, Singapore Standard Time.

28th July 2012:

USA Buy Order: We no longer accept deposits to JP Morgan Chase Bank with immediate effect.
USA Sell Order: Sell Method by Chase Quickpay is terminated with immediate effect.

New e-Currency Payment Processor Egopay has been added to our service with immediate effect.

We are temporarily closed for maintenance for 14 hours from 1st August 2012, 12AM midnight and expects to resume same day latest on or before 2pm.
All timing is in GMT + 8 hours - Singapore Standard Time.

Customers who already placed order form or waiting for their order form to be processed, they will still be processed, please just wait for our email.

Customers who not yet place order form, do not pay yet because we have not yet time to adjust our new sell orders, it will be adjusted before 2pm on 1st August 2012 before we reopen our exchange website.

14th August 2012:

Due to excessive stock more than 60k LR, we temporarily stop buying Liberty Reserve USD. We will resume buying once our stock level reduced to 10k.
Those customers who already paid LR to us prior to this notice, will still have their order processed.

We have updated our 'Exchange Rates' page to reflect rate 0.00 for selling LR USD.

15th August 2012:

Due to high number of sell order, we resume buying LR earlier while still holding to to more than 32k LR, however reduced the sell rate for Liberty Reserve USD untill we clear the excessive stock.

Those customers who already paid LR to us during suspension period have been refunded LR but can now submit new sell order form again.

We have updated our 'Exchange Rates' page to reflect the new rate for selling LR USD.
