23rd December 2011:

1) We will be closed earlier at 5:30pm for X'mas Party today, 23rd December 2011 (Friday). Any outstanding orders between 5:30pm 12 midnight, we will attempt to clear on 24th December 2011 (Saturday) even though it is not a business day.

CitiBank Global Transfer Sell Orders: 5 New Destination Countries, Czech Republic, Hungary, Japan, Romania, Thailand have been added to CitiBank's Global Destination list.

Latest list of CitiBank customers abroad in 32 countries who can sell by CitiBank Global Transfer:
Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, Colombia, China, Czech Republic, Egypt, Germany, Greece, Guam, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Japan, Jersey, Malaysia, Mexico, Pakistan, Philippines, Poland, Romania, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, UK, USA & Vietnam.

22nd January 2012:

1) We will be semi-closed for the next 2 days, 23rd & 24th January 2012 in view of Chinese New Year - public holidays.

If you need to sell for indian bank deposit or bank wire or visa money transfer between 20th to 24th January 2012, it can only be processed on 25th January 2012 (Wednesday).

Other transactions are still able to be transacted on 23rd & 24th January 2012 but do allow more time than usual for processing as they are non-business days - public holiday in Singapore.

Please keep in mind, rushing is not tolerated, any rushing or bad-mannered behaviours will be subjected to discplinary action taken. Gentle reminders are ok but absolutely no rushing.

15th February 2012:

USA Bank Deposit Buy Orders: Cash Deposits at Bank of America is temporarily suspended, it is expected to resume around 10th March 2012 to our new accounts, we will announce it once ready, in meantime, only take cash deposits at CitiBank.

USA Bank Deposit Sell Orders: Currently we can not payout money locally within USA Banks, this service is expected to resume around 10th March 2012 when our new bank accounts are ready.

29th February 2012:

We will be CLOSED for business on 1st March 2012 (Thursday) & 2nd March 2012 (Friday) as we will be on long distance travel to United States of America.

Normal business will resume as usual on 5th March 2012 (Monday).

We will be stationed at United States of America from 2nd March 2012 (Friday) to 23rd March 2012 (Friday) so there is some change to our services for this period.

We will be buying a prepaid USA SIM Card upon our arrival at USA to use it as our phone support during this period.
We will announce our USA Phone Support number here later as soon we have bought the SIM Card on 2nd March 2012 (Friday).

Our Singapore Fax Number +65-67482426 will remain available for those require to fax instead of email us their documents but email scan will be recommended.

MoneyGram BUY / SELL Orders: Our USD Buy / Sell Rate (from our 'Exchange Rates' page) instead of SGD Buy / Sell Rate will be used for all MoneyGram BUY / SELL Orders during this period as money will be sent to & from USA instead of Singapore. MoneyGram USA's send money fee will apply for sell order.

Western Union BUY Orders: Our USD Buy Rate instead of SGD Buy Rate during this period (2nd March to 22nd March 2012) which we are stationed in USA..

Western Union SELL Orders: Our SGD Buy Rate & WU fee (in SGD) will continue to be used for all beneficiary countries except to receiver in 3 countries: Receivers in USA, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka will be manually quoted either the SGD or USD rate & WU fee via email.

During our stay in USA, we will be opening bank accounts with Bank of Hawaii, JP Morgan Chase Bank, Wells Fargo Bank & Bank of America. We will announce here once they are ready to accept cash deposit for USA customers' Buy Order. In the meantime, our CitiBank USA Acct is still available to collect cash deposits.

All our exchange services remained uninterrupted during our stay at USA.

We had a long flight from Honolulu to San Francisco, California on 7th March 2012 and were having problems to check-in hotel hence did not process any orders.

1) Thailand Sell Orders: Our Thai SIM is not able to register to a network so can not receive SMS temporarily. Please avoid sell at the meantime, while we attempt to resolve the problem. Kindly allow up to coming Monday (26 March 2012) for the next update.

1) This is just to update we have just returned from our USA Trip after 26 hours on flight.
2) Thailand Sell Order: We are still trying to resolve Thailand SIM Card problem. Will update again soon within 48 hours.
3) USA Buy Order: We are able to receive cash deposit at these 7 top USA Banks now.

e) JP Morgan Chase Bank

27th March 2012:
This is to update the status of our Thailand SIM Card issue.

We called our service provider, AIS and they said our prepaid SIM Card has permanently expired because no top-up so we will not be able to receive SMS to authorize transfer.

We will take a bus from Singapore to Hat Yai, Songkhla either on Friday night or Sunday night to get a new SIM Card with new number then inform Kasikorn Bank to update the change in phone number.

In the meantime, while those who already sold, we will arrange for other partners / customers to deposit to bank account directly.

Any rushing by these customers who sold and failed to waiting patiently for Normal Priority (24 business hours - equals 2 full business days), Express Priority (12 business hours - equals 1 full business day) or Urgent Priority (6 business hours), will be issued warnings.

Many failed to understand what is 24 business hours whereby our business hours are only counted from Mondays to Fridays 12 pm to 12am (GMT + 8 hours).
Outside these hours are non-business hours. This is mentioned in both our terms of service page, autoresponder emails, our email signatures.

Those who rushed repeatedly after being warned will either have their accounts suspended or banned from service.

All rushed orders will also have their order requeue automatically to their latest rushed email/sms/contact form/support ticket sent to us.

Bus tickets have just booked for Sunday night because Friday night bus already fully booked.

31st March 2012:

Australia Buy Orders: Maximum Deposit Amount at CitiBank: 1000 AUD per day. For above 1000 AUD to 20000 AUD, customer must bank in at WestPac.

USA Buy Orders: We now accept cash deposits to 7 major banks as follows:
At Hawaiian Islands: 2 Banks - Bank of Hawaii & American Savings Bank.
At Mainland: 5 Banks - Bank of America, CitiBank, JP Morgan Chase Bank, U.S. Bancorp, Wells Fargo Bank 

USA Sell Orders: We are able to payout money locally within USA Banks again.

Maximum Sell Limit per day is now increase from 1000 USD to 2000 USD subject to funds availability as written on our 'Exchange Rates' page.

We have also added Sell Method 'United States Chase QuickPay' back whereby we can send money to bank accounts held with any USA Banks.

We will not be accepting Chase QuickPay as an option for Buy Method due to high fraud count, it will only remain available for Sell Method.

Overseas Bank Wire Sell Orders: For outgoing wires in USD for the amount < 5000 USD, our bank flat fee will be increased from 25 USD to 30 USD.

New Sell Method 'FedEx' added to our service for international customer who is willing to take full risk if he wants Entelnova to mail Physical Bank Notes by the International Courier Service, FedEx.All above changes have been added & updated on our Order Info Page.

All customers are advise to check out the full details before using the affected buy or sell methods.

Any questions not answered there should be directed through 1 of Entelnova's Customer Support Channels.

1st April 2012:

We will be stationed at Thailand for 4 days from 2nd April 2012 (Monday) to 5th April 2012 (Thursday) so there is some change to our services for this period:

1) Phone support will not be available during this period. We will not have access to our Fax Machine during these 4 days so Fax support is offline.

2) For Buy Method using Western Union or MoneyGram, between 1st to 4th April 2012, it must be sent to our receivers in Thailand. Any transfers to Singapore, will earliest be picked up on 6th April 2012 (Friday).

3) For Sell Method using Western Union sent during this period, will still be operational during this period.

4) For Sell Method using MoneyGram will not be operational during this period, and can only be sent on 6th April 2012 (Friday) upon return Singapore.

5) There will not be any changes to local bank deposits, bank wires or Visa Money Transfer operational unless you are selling above 5000 USD of ecurrency.

6) Other Buy/Sell/Swap exchanges will still be processed but do expect slower service than usual processing time may be expected but will be done within selected Urgent/Express/Normal Priority time..

All timings are based on GMT + 8 hours, Singapore Standard Time.

Recently, we have come across an increasing number of suspicious orders which may be linked to illegal activities or 3rd party orders or identity thief.

Please note that in order to combat against money laundering activities and to comply with local regulations & law, from now onwards we may be more strict in checking all order forms. This will apply to both new & existing customers regardless how long you have been with our service.

Occasionally, we may call customer or ask for identification documents with your thumbprint / handwritten signature whenever we feel it is neccesarily to reduce the risk of 3rd party orders & identity thief to ensure you provide us with accurate and updated information in your order form. We may also ask for the purpose for the purchase of your order & ask for supporting evidence if we feel suspicious.

If we do request for these requirements, we seek your cooperation to comply with this need as stated in our exchange site's Anti-money laundering policy page.

This measure is neccesary to keep all transactions secured from frauds & illegal activities.

Australia Buy Orders: With immediate effect, ALL customers who paying by cash deposit at bank branch or post office must scan a copy of the deposit receipt and send back to Entelnova via email or fax after payment is done
