29th June 2010:

1) Singapore Buy Order - We no longer take deposits to United Overseas Bank Account with effect 30th June 2010.
2) Minimum Bank Wire fee for Sell Method increase from 22.50 USD to 30 USD with effect 30th June 2010.

3) We have added a new Sell Method ' United States Chase QuickPay' where we can send money to bank account held with all USA Banks.

For a limited promotional time, there will not be any bank fee or admin fee till further notice compared to the regular 2.70 USD charged.

1st July 2010:

1) Xoom.com Bank Deposit option has been removed from our service with immediate effect because Xoom.com do not cater to business use.

2) CitiBank Global Transfer Sell Orders: 2 New Destination Countries, Malaysia, South Korea have been added to CitiBank's Global Destination list.

Latest list of CitiBank customers abroad in 27 countries who can sell by CitiBank Global Transfer:

Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, Colombia, China, Egypt, Germany, Greece, Guam, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Jersey, Malaysia, Mexico, Pakistan, Philippines, Poland, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, UK, USA & Vietnam.

14th July 2010:

Due to some new changes in our bank's fees. There are further revision made accordingly with sell order by bank wire.

Bank flat fee of 25 USD (remit in USD) for wire amount less than 5000 USD.
Bank flat fee of 38 USD (remit in USD) for wire amount above 5000 USD.

Bank flat fee of 20 SGD (remit in SGD) for regardless of wire amount..

Bank flat fee of 30 SGD equivalent (remit in other currencies) for amounts up to 8000 SGD (approximate 5700 USD)

Contact Us for the Bank fee if remit currency is in other currencies (non USD / SGD) amount more than 5700 USD equivalent

14th August 2010:

Minimum Sell Amount for Sell Method 'MasterCard / Visa' now reduced to 20 USD.
However, on-top of the e-Currency Sell Rate, an additional 3 USD admin fee will be applicable for sell between 20 - 50 USD

No changes for Sell Amounts above 50 USD, the e-Currency Sell Rate will continue to be applicable.

23rd August 2010:

We will be stationed at Thailand for 2 days on 24th August 2010 (Tuesday) & 25th August 2010 (Wednesday) so there is some change to our services for this period.

1) Phone support will be available at our Thailand mobile +66-852518702 for customers with urgent matters during this period. General enquiries will NOT be entertained. We will not have access to our Fax Machine during these 2 days so Fax support is offline.

2) Urgent & Express Priority for Swap Orders will not be available on these 2 days.

3) For Buy Method using Western Union or MoneyGram sent after 23rd August 2010 (Monday), 7pm, regardless of the Priority, it will only be picked up on 26th August 2010 (Thursday).

4) For Sell Method using MoneyGram sent after 23rd August 2010 (Monday), 7pm, regardless of the Priority, it will only be paid on 26th August 2010 (Thursday).

5) For Sell Method using Western Union sent during this period, will still be operational during this period.

6) SMS Notification fee if selected on our Order form, will be charged at 0.70 USD instead of the normal 0.40 USD during this weekend.

7) There will not be any changes to local bank deposits, bank wires or Visa Money Transfer operational unless you are selling above 5000 USD of ecurrency.

8) Other Buy/Sell/Swap exchanges will still be processed but do expect slower service than usual.

All timings are based on GMT + 8 hours, Singapore Standard Time.

We will begin process our Express Priority Orders.
Once completed, we will process Normal Priority Orders.
Once all cleared, we will resume Urgent Priority option on our order forms.

Once all cleared, we will resume Urgent Priority option on our order forms.

8th September 2010:

We will be closed on 9th Sept 2010 (Thursday), all buy/sell/swap order made on this date regardless of priority will be processed on 10th Sept 2010 (Friday) morning onwards.

Although 10th Sept 2010 is a Public Holiday in Singapore, it will be treated as a regular business day for us to replace our rest day, 9th Sept 2010 (Thursday). Other than Bank Wire, all other orders will be processed as usual.
