You have been emailed a friendly reminder in the past on 16th August 2010 for your previous order.

This is a reminder to you which is already mentioned in our auto-responder emails.
Please note that we do NOT acknowledge customers' payment unless we feel necessary.
We revert on our processing status within your chosen priority time (Normal Priority 24 Business Hrs, Express Priority 12 Business Hrs, Urgent Priority 6 Business Hrs).
So if you don't get any reply only after your priority time, then you should contact us.

Keep in mind, we have many orders at certain days and need time to process each order.
Not getting a response even after 6 hours is nothing unusual especially during peak periods when we have many orders but we will response within selected priority (urgent/express/normal) time frame.
You should remain patience, we will contact you if there is any problem. Sending us emails, support tickets if it is not neccesary can only slow down the process as more work require to check all the unnecessary emails.

Not receiving a human response before the 12 business hours, does not means we are not doing anything.
Despite autoresponder reminder & our email repeated reminder in the past, you are repeating the same unacceptable behaviour, continuing to flood/harrass us repeatedly on the same matter to slow down the processing.
Within a span of 4 hours, you have flooded us with 5 emails with the same content, 1 'Contact Us' form, 2 forum posts & numerous phone calls.

Such action will not be tolerated. You have now been issued an official warning on your profile.
If you continued to harrass us again before the required due time for a reply, you will be banned from our service.

As a punishment, your order will also be pushed to the end of the priority queue being requeue again according to the time of your latest harrassment email/contact form/ticket pertaining to the same matter.
