14th March 2013:

1. Australia Buy Orders: We now accept cash deposit payment to Commonwealth Bank with immediate effect.

2. We have upgraded our email system recently. Customers are reminded to wait patiently for order to complete, each time you send a new email to us, your order will be pushed to the end of queue list so to refrain from having to get your order reset to end of queue list and so wait longer time, do not contact us UNLESS your order gone longer than your selected priority (urgent / express/ time) time. Do remember 24 business hours is not 24 hours but only business hours between 11am to 11pm on weekdays.

24th March 2013:

Maintenance Period: There will be some changes to our service from 25th March 2013 (Monday) to 13th April 2013 (Saturday) as we will be busy with upgrading our website payment scripts to comply with webmoney regulations & serve you better.

We are still entertaining existing customers orders, while new customers must wait till 14th April 2013 (Sunday) before using our service.
Normal business will resume as usual on 15th April 2013 (Monday).

Our business hours will be different during these 20 days, it will be changed from 11AM to 11PM to 9AM to 9PM (GMT + 8 hours) on Mondays to Fridays excluding Singapore & USA Public Holidays.

Swap e-Currencies service will NOT be available during this period.

Livechat, Phone Call & Fax Support will not be available during this period. Whatsapp Support will still be available at +6590333201 if you have any concerns which need quick attention.

There will not be any changes to our service to existing customers. The only difference to our service is that there is a change of our business hours + we are not entertaining new customers + no swap e-currencies service at this period.

Slower processing time may be expected on certain weekdays (we do not know the exact dates) but generally you will receive a confirmation to your buy or sell order form within 24 hours.

If you need urgently do not risk to order with Normal Priority, you must go for Urgent Priority.

All orders will be processed within selected Urgent/Express/Normal Priority time.

All timings are based on GMT + 8 hours, Singapore Standard Time.

We currently do not have access to our main WMZ purse, so if you made any transfers, we can only get access when we returned on maintenance on 14 April 2013 to make a refund as only our admin's computer have access to the WMZ purse.

We do not take in Liqpay currently as well, please do not transfer to us as we no longer accept it anymore.

Once we have removed the maintenance notice, orders should go fasters, new customers can still order although you may still see maintenance notice on certain parts of our site as we haven't time to finish off everything yet.

We have resumed all our services, however, we are temporarily overloaded with USD in USA, hence we are not taking buy orders for USA Bank Deposit until 2nd May 2013 (Tuesday). USA Buy Order Customers are advised to pay by either Western Union, MoneyGram or Overseas Bank Wire during this period.

For security reasons, all existing customers MUST have login to your forum membership account within the last 30 days prior to placing an order form with us. Any orders submitted whereby forum account is INACTIVE (not logged in within last 30 days), will have their order rejected

Dear All,

This is very important, recently we have encountered a number of people using fake names or 3rd party names (claiming to be family member or friend) to place order.
This is strictly not allowed, you can not ask someone else or use someone else (including your spouse) bank account to send us money.

We have also received news that some international syndicates have stolen large amount of money (45 millions USD) from ATMs and tried to use a portion of the money to remit money overseas through digital currency exchange providers.

Hence, with immediate effect, we are taking up additional security measures to combat against identity theft & money laundering.

Earlier, existing customers have to login forum account within last 30 days prior to their order (which is still in forced). Now, we may randomly pick on certain customers in the middle of your order with us to verify their identity to make sure we are dealing with whom they claim to be if we find the person suspicious. Usually those who RUSH on their order before processing time deadline or go for Urgent Priority will be suspected to be suspicious & will be asked to be identity verified.

All our customers have accepted our anti-money laundering policy (http://www.entelnova.com/amlpolicy.php) at the time of placing their order, so any refusal to be identity verified will not be tolerated.

If you refused to be verified, it meant that you have something to hide, and so will result in your account being suspended till your identity can be verified by our company. Any complains or bad-mannered behaviour will not be tolerated & will be ignored.

In addition, all transactions 4000 USD and above for both incoming & outcoming transactions, it will be compulsory to go through identity verification. Some may also be requested to provide supporting evidence to prove the source of funds before we can take in your order. For certain payment methods, we may also request for a copy of your bank statement / bank debit card or require you to sign a letter to prove the money that you are transferring from, belongs to you and not a 3rd party.

All customers must ensure that you keep your particulars recorded in your forum profile up to date at all times so that you can be contacted easily when the need arisk or if we need to counter check your particulars with your order form.

We have added these 2 new terms to our Terms of Service page for conditions 15 & 16.
