Rules and Regulations (Updated 12th April 2009)

1. Kindly refrain from making any slanderous remarks or comments detrimental to the well-being of others.

2. NO hijacking, spamming on forum board or via PM system, NO bumping topics, NO flooding or repeating, NO personal attacks, NO vulgar languages.

3. NO Cheating, NO Scamming, NO Hacking.

4. NO posting of sensitive and personal information anywhere on forum board such as email address, contact number, instant messenger ID, account number or transaction ID even if it belongs to you EXCEPT if it is related to the specific program's particulars. Posting your own name is allowed but not other people''s names if they never want it to be known publicly.

5. You are NOT ALLOWED to post your referral link anywhere in the forums except for in your signature and the advertising section.
Exception applies for thread starter for these folders you may include a referral link.

6. Discussions related to sexually-oriented, racist or any other offending topics are strictly prohibited in this forums.

7. You can put a plain text or graphic link not bigger than 468 pixels x 90 pixels, including promotion or referral links, in your signature which falls into 1 of these catagory:
ai. 5 lines on a 1024 wide screen with NO graphic.
aii. 3 line on a 1024 wide screen with 1 graphic up to 468 pixels (horizontal) x 90 pixels (vertical) in size.
aiii. 1 line on a 1024 wide screen wih 2 graphics up to 468 pixels (horizontal) x 90 pixels (vertical) in size.

b. The total size of all graphics used in your signature must not be larger than 30k.
c. No large font size is allowed, only the default font size and smaller are accepted. Bold and underlined are acceptable. Colours should not be more than 8 different kinds.
d. If you have multiple graphics, they must not be ads for the same program and their aggregated size (including the spacing and words between them) should be less than 468 pixels (horizontal) x 90 pixels (vertical) in size.
e. graffiti written in your signature by others will not be counted as part of the signature rule, you can write graffiti on your own signature as well but not for advertising purpose.

8. We only allow 1 forum account per member, if you need addition accounts, please seek approval from an admin/mod. Having more than 1 nickname without a valid reason, may be liable to having both accounts being banned without notice. Immediate family members or same household can have different forum accounts but are not alllowed to refer themselves.

10. No posting of websites, address links or discussions about competitors on anywhere of our forums which are potential threats to Entelnova Global Service Exchange Services.

11. Members found in violation of any of the above rules are liable for a permanent ban for serious offense.
